Tax and accounting information is stored in our tax management provider, Ecosistemas Digitales de Negocio, SL.

This website is hosted on servers in Europe managed by Cloudways Ltd, its backups, backup system and email output are hosted and/or processed on European servers of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL. Your DNS is managed by Cloudflare, Inc.

If you provide us with credentials, we will store them through our secure key storage provider, AgileBits, Inc.

Analytics and advertising data are shared with Google, inc.

No other data will be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

5. Data transfers to third countries

International transfers to countries that share the same privacy security levels or with companies with which we have signed data processing agreements guaranteeing the legal minimum are foreseen.

In addition, the international transfer to Google, inc. is planned. with which we have signed a DPA.

6. How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize and approve successive comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their user name). Web administrators can also view and edit this information.

ANNEX: Safety measures

Organizational measures

All personnel with access to personal data are aware of their obligations in relation to the processing of personal data and are informed about these obligations. The minimum information that is known to all personnel is as follows:

Duty of confidentiality and secrecy.

  • We prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data. To this end, we avoid leaving personal data exposed to third parties (unattended electronic screens, paper documents in public access areas, media with personal data, etc.). This consideration includes the screens used for displaying images from the video surveillance system. When we are away from our workstation, we lock the screen or close the session.
  • Paper documents and electronic media are stored in a secure place (cabinets or restricted access rooms) 24 hours a day.
  • We do not dispose of documents or electronic media (CDs, pen drives, hard disks, etc.) containing personal data without guaranteeing their effective destruction.
  • We do not communicate personal data or any other information of a personal nature to third parties, paying special attention not to disclose protected personal data during telephone inquiries, e-mails, etc.
  • The duty of secrecy and confidentiality persists even when the employee’s employment relationship with the company ends.

Personal data security breaches.

When there are security breaches of personal data such as, for example, theft or improper access to personal data, we will notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency within 72 hours about such security breaches, including all the information necessary to clarify the facts that would have led to improper access to personal data. The notification will be made by electronic means through the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Data Protection Agency at the address https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/.

Technical Measures

Identification

  • When the same computer or device is used for personal data processing and personal use purposes, we will have different profiles or users for each of the purposes. We keep professional and personal uses of the computer separate.
  • We have profiles with administration rights for the installation and configuration of the system and users without privileges or administration rights for access to personal data. This measure will prevent access privileges from being obtained or the operating system from being modified in the event of a cybersecurity attack.
  • We use passwords to access personal data stored in electronic systems. The password will have at least 8 characters, a mixture of numbers and letters.
  • For each person with access to personal data, a specific user name and password (unambiguous identification) will be available.
  • We establish measures to guarantee the confidentiality of passwords, preventing them from being exposed to third parties. In no case shall passwords be shared or left written down in a common place and access by persons other than the user.

Duty to safeguard

  • Updating of computers and devices: We keep the devices and computers we use for the storage and processing of personal data up to date as much as possible.
  • Malware: In the computers and devices where we carry out the automated processing of personal data we have an antivirus system that prevents as far as possible the theft and destruction of personal information and data. The antivirus system is updated periodically.
  • Firewall: To avoid undue remote access to personal data, we have a firewall activated and correctly configured in those computers and devices in which we store and/or process personal data.
  • Data encryptionWhen we need to extract personal data outside the premises where it is processed, either by physical or electronic means, we consider the use of an encryption method to ensure the confidentiality of personal data in the event of improper access to the information.
  • Backup: We periodically make backup copies on a second medium other than the one used for daily work. The copy is stored in a safe place, different from the one where the computer with the original files is located, in order to allow the recovery of personal data in case of loss of information.

These security measures will be reviewed periodically, the review may be carried out by automatic mechanisms (software or computer programs) or manually.
