What We Do
There are WordPress projects that are out of the ordinary: stores with hundreds of thousands of orders, sites with tens of gigabytes of data, custom integrations with APIs and CRMs, sites with technical debt, or critical installations that cannot afford failures. These are projects where a generic approach doesn’t work.
At GIGA4, we specialize in exactly that. We have been solving technical challenges in WordPress for over a decade that require real system expertise: performance optimization, security and incident response, scalability, complex integrations, and continuous technical maintenance. We simplify complicated things.
We work with both companies that manage their own WordPress and agencies and teams that need specialized technical support at a specific time. We are not here to replace anyone: we are here to solve what requires a level of knowledge that is not always readily available.
We Know WordPress Inside Out
We are part of the WordPress community in Spain and worldwide. We participate as attendees, speakers, volunteers, and organizers at WordCamps, and we contribute to the development of the WordPress project itself through the “Five for the Future” program, on the community team, and on the plugin review team.
This is not just a statement of principles: it means that we know WordPress from the inside, how it is built, and how it evolves. That is the difference between using WordPress and understanding it.

The team
Before GIGA4, we were already working on digital projects separately. We met in the WordPress community — the seed was planted at WordCamp Europe in 2014 — and since then, WordPress and the community that supports it have been the core of our work.
That explains how we work: research, learning, collaboration, and dialogue. It is the basis of our philosophy and the reason why we dare to face new technical challenges.
What Makes Us Different
- Real experience in demanding projects: We don’t talk theory. We have optimized stores with over 150,000 orders, worked with sites with tens of gigabytes of data, and resolved custom integrations with APIs, payment gateways, and CRMs.
- Rescuing troubled projects: We have cleaned infected sites, recovered compromised installations, and brought back to life websites that had become unviably slow. We know what it’s like to take over a project in poor condition and get it running.
- Level 3 support: There are no intermediaries here, no tickets bouncing between departments. You speak directly with the expert who touches the code: the person who diagnoses your problem is the same one who solves it.
- Deep WordPress knowledge: We are part of the community and contribute to the development of WordPress itself, including the plugin review team. We know the system from the inside, not just from the outside.
- Complement, not competition: We work with both companies and agencies and teams that need specialized technical support at a specific time. We are not here to replace anyone: we are here to solve what requires a level of expertise that is not always readily available.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your regular team has reached a technical limit and needs support.
- You have suffered an attack or suspect your site is infected.
- Your WooCommerce store has become slow as it has grown.
- You need to connect WordPress with other systems like your CRM.
- Your site handles a volume of data that is already causing problems.
- Or you simply have a critical WordPress site and want to sleep soundly.
If this sounds familiar, let’s talk. We’ve probably solved it before.
